It is important to us to purchase the majority of the products we need for our restaurants from regional suppliers and producers. This promotes our regional agriculture, minimises transport routes and ensures that our high quality standards are met.

For this reason, all our restaurants, the self-service restaurant in the Tuxer Fernerhaus, the Wirtshaus am Tuxer Ferner, the Spannagelhaus, the Sommerbergalm and the restaurant Hochleger on the Sommerberg have been awarded with the Bewusst Tirol seal. The participating establishments are honoured for their high use of local products, making them role models for the region-conscious tourism industry.
