YOUR TASKS
- Independent management of a kitchen post
- Preparation of various pizzas, pasta dishes, salads
- Carrying out various mise-en-place activities
- Preparation and cooking of high quality dishes while compliance with our service standards
- Preparation of the weekly order, coordination of deliveries
- Checking and complying with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in the hotel/catering industry.
- You have professional experience in a comparable position.
- Your strengths include an independent way of working, quick comprehension, creativity and the ability to work in a team.
- You speak German and/or English well.
- You are flexible, reliable and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
