Supervisor Spa Reception

Your role

• Daily operational management of the spa area (reception, treatment rooms, relaxation areas)
• Supporting the spa manager in the organisation and management of the spa team
• Co-responsibility for the training and induction of new employees
• Reception & professional advice and support for our Royal Spa guests
• Arrangement of appointments, telephone service (spa software TAC)
• Sales of treatments and products (Sisley Paris, LIGNE St. Barth)
• Compliance with and monitoring of our strict quality standards
• Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business
• Shared responsibility for cleanliness, safety & hygiene
• Contact person for guests and team members
• Close cooperation with all departments
